These terms are the ground rules for using Aimora. They're written to be read. If something here is unclear, write to us.
01Agreement
By downloading or using Aimora (the “app”) you agree to these Terms of Use. Aimora is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies. If these terms and Apple's agreement conflict, Apple's agreement prevails for the matters it covers. The app is provided by Alexander Matveev, an independent developer (“we”, “us”).
02What Aimora does
Aimora turns a goal you choose into one small step a day. The steps are written by an artificial-intelligence model and adapted to the information you give it. Steps are suggestions, not instructions you must follow.
03Not professional advice
AI can make mistakes. Aimora does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice, and it is not a medical device. Check anything that matters with a qualified professional, especially for goals about health, exercise, nutrition, medication, money or legal matters, and stop any step that feels unsafe. Aimora is not an emergency service. If you are in crisis or in danger, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line.
04Free plan, trial and subscriptions
New users get 7 days of full access. After that you can keep using the free plan or subscribe to Aimora Pro. Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription; in the United States the price is $7.99 per month or $44.99 per year, and in other countries it is set locally by Apple's price tiers. The current price is always shown by Apple before you confirm.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings (Settings, your name, Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies.
- Features and limits of the free and Pro plans may change over time. We'll not remove what you have already paid for during a paid period.
05Using Aimora responsibly
Please use Aimora for lawful, personal purposes. Don't try to misuse the AI features, bypass usage limits or the app's security measures (including App Attest), probe or overload our servers, or reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it. The app may decline or adapt goals that are harmful.
06Your content
You own the goals and notes you enter. You give us permission to process them as needed to run the app and write your steps, as described in the Privacy Policy.
07Our content
The app, its design, text, artwork and code belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app as intended.
08Availability and changes
We work to keep Aimora available and reliable, but we can't promise uninterrupted service, especially for features that depend on third parties such as Apple and AI providers. We may update, change or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
09Disclaimers and liability
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, for outcomes of actions you take based on AI-written steps, or for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the developer's place of establishment, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in the country where you live.
